Annette- First, I understand the craziness of your life at the moment, try to stay organized and focused on this day alone, otherwise you could go wacky. Second, maintain a sense of humor, and third, hug your puppy as much as possible. Having that kind of unconditional love around you is so healthy and just plain feels great!!

Oh, I did workout today...Cardio - Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 and CLX Ab Burner, needed a throwback Tuesday I guess.

Siobhan - Good luck on your elections, ours are next week and I feel zero motivation to even vote!

today i did cathe live upper body again plus intervals from circuit blast. i added on an exhale core fusion abs. have a good day everyone.

My hubby is getting upset with me and my nagging about a name. She is a female so some of your names might not fit. Though I like Pepper my hubby did not, sigh.

I did free weights for shoulders, biceps and triceps and I did go light on shoulders. Also did Leaner Legs abs and PLB Floorwork and a Taebo Express Kicks.

Warm day for Fall going to be almost 80 degrees today.
