Today's workouts:

KCM-Body Design- "Kickboxing with Light Dumbbells" & Stretch - 15 min.
Blender- "Rounds: Total Body" - 22 min.
Interval Timer App workout- "Ropeless Jump Rope & Weights" - 15 min.

Hi Linda and all who follow,

Today was biceps and triceps plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes which ended up being 73 minutes.

The printout I am loosely following had me doing things like: dumbbell incline alternating hammer curls 5 sets x 15,8,8,8 8. I had to drop to 10 pound dumbbells because on an incline is hard!!
Then dumbbell incline tricep extension again 5 sets same as above same weight, EZ bar incline tricep extension, I used a 20 pounds preloaded barbell EZ grip.
Tried to use the EZ barbell for spider curls but laying on the bench chest down hurt my bust and yes I tried scooting up but it still hurt. Concentration curls weren't problem and tricep kickbacks weren't either. I added wrist curls and hammer with a twist.

Ended with floorwork and then a nice stretch.

Let's hope I feel this tomorrow.

Hello ladies:)

Well, I did not get to workout today. The day got away from me and my foot was bothering me so I did not workout, darn it. Oh well, tomorrow is another day:)
