Daily Check-in Tuesday, October 24th, 2023

Good Morning Everyone,

I am up early as the workers are coming for 8am. My house is just total chaos and dust. Ugh. I hope most it will be cleared by Friday.

Today I did a short workout of:
Oliver Sjostrom - cardio for 26 minutes
Anabolic Aliens for chest - 5 minute plate workout

Linda - I hope yesterday was just a rest day!
Nora - maybe today will be a better day for your workouts
Annette - waves to you

I did do workouts yesterday morning, but didn't have time to post then, and later I
plum forgot to come back! So.....

Yesterday's workouts:

CatheLive Push Pull Total Body - 41 min.
Blender- "Sweaty Pedal Max" - 15 min.

Today's workouts:

Blender- STS 2 Upper Body with Bands & FitTower- 25 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 41- 20 min. Rowing & Weights AMRAP
YT-John Garey- 5 min. Standing Pilates Ring workout

Siobhan, I hope your house will get back in shape soon for you. I know it's probably
driving you crazy, I know it would have me in a frenzy!

Sounds like good workouts yesterday for you girls....have a good day!

Sorry, you are dealing dust and workers still. I hope the workers will finish up this week and so things can get back to normal, with no dust.

Hi ladies,

Today I got up earlier but was slow to get moving. But I came to the gym and did a 90 minute weight workout including barbell chest press up to 95 pounds, back machine, cable pull for chest up to 140 pounds, dumbbells for chest flyes and press (20, 25 and 30's), seated double arm overhead for triceps, hammer and wrist curls, the sled (started at 6 plates pulling, 7 pushed, 8 pulled, 10, 45's plus a 25 on top of that for a final push back to start, it was a bear to push), a very nice young man offered to help me unload it so he was my angel. Then off to do floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end. I am beat!!
