Hi ladies,
Today I went through my newest Kickbox routine which is 51.23 minutes long. Some of the songs are slower than I would prefer but since you keep moving no matter what it keeps your heart rate up and your skin sweating. I am calling in ALL KICKBOX COMBOS.
Then I came to the gym and did 52 minutes of weight work including flies, lat pull down wide and close grip under hand, rope pull, chest flies, lying double arm overhead triceps, lying overhead for back, concentration curls, hammer curls, barbell curls 20 and 30 pounds, and dumbbell front raise, leg press machine and calf machine, ended with floorwork abs and legs.
