Blender- "Upper Body Express- Bi & Unilateral" - 18 min.
Blender- "Fit Tower: Standing Lower Body" - 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Hiit Pyramid for 23 minutes (I didn't do the stretch) and moved onto xtrain 100 reps for shoulders, biceps and triceps but I did 50 reps instead with a heavier weight. I did my own stretch.

Nicki - you got in some yoga which I hope is on my list for tomorrow
Annette - I don't remember liking the MMA workouts so I must try them again, even a little
Nora - awesome cardio yesterday!

XTrain 100 reps for shoulders, biceps and triceps - did 50 reps instead of 100 but with heavier weight
Added on your own stretch- Bravo great workout combo! WTG & High fives;)

Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute circuit at the gym, I pushed 733 pounds and was video taped while doing it. Will try and post the video if I can.

Today was 2 machines, 2 cable exercises, dumbbells, sled and floorwork and a stretch.

I. Am. Beat.

Nice workouts ladies!
