Good Morning Everyone,
Today I did a mix of Hiit Pyramid for 23 minutes (I didn't do the stretch) and moved onto xtrain 100 reps for shoulders, biceps and triceps but I did 50 reps instead with a heavier weight. I did my own stretch.
