Today's workouts:

Blender- "Upper Body Express- Bi & Unilateral" - 18 min.
Blender- "Fit Tower: Standing Lower Body" - 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Hiit Pyramid for 23 minutes (I didn't do the stretch) and moved onto xtrain 100 reps for shoulders, biceps and triceps but I did 50 reps instead with a heavier weight. I did my own stretch.

Nicki - you got in some yoga which I hope is on my list for tomorrow
Annette - I don't remember liking the MMA workouts so I must try them again, even a little
Nora - awesome cardio yesterday!
