Hi Everyone,

Today I did more Caroline - a tabata workout + her 25 min. biceps workout.

Wow! 25 minutes of biceps alone, that must have been intense,Ceci.

Today I stayed home and did the Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo workout using my wrists weights instead of bands it was 45 minutes long. Worked up a good sweat.

Then I did 10 minutes of floorwork for abs and legs.

I am fasting because I have to get blood drawn soon and I get my hair trimmed at 2.
