Hi Everyone,

Today I did 35 minutes of Cathe's Athletic Training. It's such a tough cardio for me e.g. weights, step, cardio - I am sweating!

Great workouts everyone! I hope you all get a chance work out today.

Wow! Love the variety everything from cardio and weights to jump rope, and a passport rowing in Switzerland. Way to start your day off right WTG high fives!!:)

Annette- Wow! Nicely done yesterday with that killer gym leg and shoulder workout for a 65 minutes plus, floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
Then an add-on with YT Tae Bo 15 minutes of a 21 minute. Truly a stellar workout, bravo & high fives!!!

Ripped w/HiiT- Circuit Lower Body = 47 Min

Hi ladies,

Late workout for me, had my 'yearly' gyn appointment this morning which throws my day off.

But I managed to do Cathe's Rock 'm Sock'm Kickbox the cardio and stretches which us almost 48 minutes. Anybody else notice if you have this one that on the menu under chapters that the word 'punching' is misspelled??

Anyway Aqua girl I forgot your first name, one place someone says Linda but I thought it was Lisa so I can be safe with Aqua girl, LOL!!

That’s funny, Annette, yes, it’s Linda….

& yes, I have noticed that punching is misspelled, I laugh every time I see it :)
