Today's workouts:

Blender- "Stronger & Fit: Core & Stretch" - 32 min.
Hydrow- 10 min. "Easy Effort" Rowing workout in Tampa,Florida
VideoSki- 15 min. skier workout in Seefeld, Austria

Today I did Cathe's Low Impact Lower Body something or other from ICE. I added on 10 minutes of MPL.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym and did a 90 minute weight workout including barbell for chest up to 95 pounds(whoohoo for me!!!), 3 leg machines (because the back machine was occupied and the bench I like was also occupied), then dumbbells for chest (15, 17.5 and 20's for flyes and chest press), triceps overhead, hammer curls and hammers with a twist, shoulder press and seated clean and press. Then the back machine, the sled pushed (with 7,8 and 10 plates) and pulled (for 6 and 8), then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end.

I am beat!!

Happy Tuesday ladies;)

We will be going tomorrow to SIL's to help out. I was going to workout today, but those plans changed when we had to shampoo carpet in room I workout due dog getting sick this morning. I will not be working out tomorrow.

Thanks for my SIL's well wishes. She has a problem with ear canal crystals. She's seen her doctor and is getting better but is not back to 100% yet. This condition causes balance issues.
We heard from my SIL today and wants to come over tomorrow to help with chores and yard work tomorrow. Have a great evening:)

Annette- WOW!! That is one awesome 90 Min weight gym workout with: using various exercise equipment including: Barbells, Leg machines, dumbbells hitting chest, tri's, shoulders, back, and sled.
Then finishing with floor work, legs, glutes and abs. Bravo!! You're a rock star! WTG and tripple high fives. Enjoy your evening:)
