Good morning everyone,

This morning I attempted Cathe's MIC. I managed 27 minutes and then my right calf gave out. I think I have a pulled muscle from about a week ago. I may need to see the physiotherapist about this..... I still haven't healed from my fall at the end of june! I gotta tell ya - MIC was fun fun fun. I was looking forward to doing the step workout too.

Carmen - I added a note last night on yesterday's thread.

Conni - I hope everything goes well for your doggy

Annette - I have read mixed reviews on KCM's kickboxing workout. How would you rate it out of 10?

Hope you are okay, you get to the doctor if that doesn't start healing. Rest!!!
Don't worry, you will get to MIC before you know it.

Thanks for your encouragement regarding Sherman. He is such a sweet boy, really my main confident in just about everything. It was hard to take him this morning, but it is for the best.

KCM Kickboxing? I have it. Solid workout if you combine the two together, imo. Nothing fancy, but I like it when I don't want the crazy style of TJ or TF.

Today was LBB and Core Cuts Yoga section. I really like LBB, probably my fav lower body workout!
 
Hi ladies - no workout for me tonight. I hope to get some energy tomorrow.

Siobhan - thanks for that information. I searched in the OD forum and found some great information on those threads. I hope to be armed with information when I see my doc next week. My boss is completely unhinged going thru this hormonal stuff. She is suppose to be taking some sort of bioidentical stuff but lets it run out before ordering more. It takes 3 weeks to come in and in the mean time we have Jekyll and Hyde personality to deal with. I am determined to treat what I'm going thru now and not end up like that maniac!

Connie how did Sherman make out.
