Today I did Boho Beautiful Yoga for 45 minutes. My body needed it!

Hi ladies,

Today was a 90 minute gym circuit, upper body hitting shoulders hard with 3 machines, cables, and dumbbells. Then the sled usual but new record 728!! It was a bear and my shoes may not keep me from slipping for much longer, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a short stretch.
