Daily Check-in, Tuesday, October 11, 2016

Well, I wasn't in the mood for much of anything today. But I managed 25 minutes of Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickbox then did 42 minutes of my own aerobic/kickbox workout , trying it out again since none of my ladies want to do kickboxing. It is a good workout to make you sweat.

Hi Girls,

Good job Annette despite not being in the mood.

My body is really feeling yesterday's EDT session. My legs, my shoulders and triceps... So once again I need to go heavier with my biceps to really reap the benefits of it.

Today I went for lower impact and did another Shine Dance Fitness class. Still not loving it. It was okay, some parts quite fun and the music was good but I don't love it as much as Les Mills Sh'bam. I hope they hurry up and get Les Mills on demand avb through out all of Europe.

Hi Everyone,

I am checking in late as I just got back from Ottawa - dropping my daughter off.

I did a short workout which included AOLIH warm up + EDT chest/back + another 6 minutes of squats and shoulders- I gave up - just not into it.

Glad some us got in a workout.
Henriette - I am not familiar with Shine Dance Fitness - is it dancing? I am just not into dancy workouts at all - Conni loves them (she was a dancer when younger)

Annette - for someone not in the mood you sure did a lot!

Linda - Thanks for starting us off! I hope you squeeze something in

Good evening to all, yes Ceci, I was able to get in a Fit Tower 30+ min workout this evening, so that was good.
Was really busy today at work, so I'm whipped now! See ya' all tomorrow (I hope)! :)
