Today's workouts:

Blender- "STS 1 & 2 - Legs" - 22 min.
YT-Coach Ali- Full Body Compound Weight Plate Workout - 19 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. ski workout in Mt. Bachelor, Oregon
STS 2 Mobility # 1- 12 min. dvd mix

Hope everyone gets a workout in for today & hope everyone has a good day!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I had to take a rest day yesterday as I developed a slight cold on Sunday and didn't have the energy to work out yesterday morning (even though I got up!). I napped twice yesterday and was in bed by 8pm. I feel so much better today. Here's what I managed this morning:

Caroline G Iron Series - chest and triceps for 36 minutes
Oliver Sjostrom - his latest bodyweight/cardio for 26 minutes

Nice workout this morning, Linda. I love how you use the blender.

Annette - great workout from you yesterday!
Nora - I hope you are able to fit in your workout today.

Ok, you know I always comment on the passport workouts. Now of course, I'm going to ssay something about your ski workout in Mt. Bachelor, Oregon.
It is beautiful and about 2 hours or so from me. I don't ski so I've never been. That is so cool though, high fives!!

Siobhan- I hope all the rest helped with the slight cold and you are feeling much better today. No worries on not workingout yesterday. If you aren't feeling well take care of you, that's what's important and the workouts will be there when you are ready.

Hi ladies,

I am homebound due to my truck(SUV) did not pass inspection and needs lots of work done.

So I stayed home and did Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body with modifications for the abwork. I will be sore tomorrow!! So it was 56.5 minutes of torture. I need to do some housework now and laundry.
