Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

PowerFit Harmony- "Strong Push" - 20 min. (Stephanie Huckabee)
YT-CrossRope- Jump Rope & Biceps - 6min.

That's it.

Nicki, you & Annette were talking yesterday about jumping rope. I use a Ropeless Jump Rope and
anytime I do a jump rope workout, I keep it entirely all low impact. Very little higher impact for me
anymore. But I love using the ropeless. :)

Hi ladies,

Today was an 100 minute circuit at the gym. Using 3 machines, cables and dumbbells for all of upper body.

Then the sled usual but up to 713 pounds. It was tough and I didn't quite get it to mark everyone wants me to reach but it was close. And a nice young lady helped me unload it. For visual purposes that is the sled (103 pounds), 13 plates at 45 pounds each and a 25 pound plate to top it off.

Then I did floorwork for legs , abs and glutes with a stretch.

I am beat!!

Annette, 100 min gym circuit is awesome….you & Nicki really rock it!

yep, Tuesday & Thursday are my “shorter” days. Trying to keep it between 20-30 min.
give or take….M-W-F will be between 40 - 60 min. Give or take…. I am enjoying that.
 
Hi girls, happy October 1st:)

Yep, you guessed it, no workout today. I planned to and even got equipment out I'd need. Did an errand then took a nap and ran another errand and came home baked pumpkin bread and was talking to DH and he showed me something funny on his phone and I took a drink of water then laughed and started to choke. I could not breathe or talk it took me several seconds before I could breathe again, scary. After all that it was 5:30 PM my time too late to workout plus I wanted to watch something on TV at 6PM. So, dang it I missed another workout, I hate that! Oh well.

I did see that Linda & Annette did some wonderful workouts today, WTG & High fives. Bravo Annette on your 100 Min gym circuit workout, legendary and inspirational as always, well done & Bravo!!
