Hi ladies.

Started the new rotation today, really gonna have fun with this.
Now, I just did RK a few days ago, so I swapped out HS instead.

Hi gals,

I did 32 minutes of heavy free weights for bis, tris and shoulders then did Body Max abs and stretch. Then I did 25 minutes of taebo for some cardio.

Have a great workout everybody.
