Hi ladies,

I had Crossfire on the rotation, but I am getting burnt out on it. I subbed Michelle's Peak 10 More Cardio Intervals, segments 1-4, and cooldown. Didn't have time for the last one, but I did like this one. Nice change, but still a great sweat!

I did free weights heavy for shoulders, triceps and biceps, then did Jeanette Jenkins Sexy Arms, Legs and Abs the floorwork and a Taebo Express for cardio.

Hi ladies evening walk with mom. She made dinner for me grilled chicken and a yummy mango and chick pea salad ! Love having her here!
