Wow!! I got a late start and nobody started the thread.

I did 65 minutes on the elliptical and 7 minutes of floorwork for abs.

Step Works was today's workout. I haven't done it in ages and wow, I really love Cathe's older steady state aerobics, and her cueing was *so* good back then. Maybe because there was a much larger demand for at home step aerobics workouts back in the late 1990s??

Forgot to check in yesterday. I did a shoulder workout by Caroline. It was 45 minutes! wow. great workouts ladies.
