Hi ladies,

Guess what came in the mail yesterday!!!

I did Flex Train today to sub for my circuit workout. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This one will sneak up on you like nobody's business. No impact but the heartrate goes up and Cathe keeps it there pretty much the whole time.
Some people will not like the getting up and down off the floor routine, but I don't have an issue. This one is a winner!!!
 
I did 35 min. of 'This is Taebo' and then 18 min. of shoulder, biceps and Triceps free weight work, my own thing.

I start my long term sub job tonight at the school, pray it goes well, thanks.

you lucky duck. I don't expect to get mine any earlier than this friday or next week.

I did not workout today - i am at the agency tonight so slept in.

that said - I did an extra 30 minute TA Method Mat Workout last evg to add onto my ellen workout.

If i get enough sleep - I hope to check in tomorrow morning.
