Hi Annette and Geoff,

Annette - wow - you fell? I hope you don't feel it too much today.... And a big wowee to doing your class. You are very responsible :)

Today I did Cathe's Ice Lower body workout - I forget the name of it but it's an often go to for me when I want cardio but low impact and not too taxing. I just wasn't feeling up for a workout today so Cathe hit the spot for me. I can't say enough how much I appreciate having found Cathe back in late 2010. She has helped me develop an even deeper love of exercise. What a woman (and her crew!).

Hi Siobhan,

It is still very sore today but I managed to do one of my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1 which was 47 minutes. I had my wrist weights on for the duration.

I did floorwork for legs and abs which hurt to get down but once down I was ok. Thinking about doing this same workout tomorrow for class.

Tummy wise I feel better with only some left over soreness of the ribcage when I laugh or cough. Bum hurts worse. I'll live.

Sorry, I've been MIA I have been dealing with some personal problems that's upped my depression. I started to develop a friendship with a well known Firm Instructor about six months back. I thought she was my friend but stabbed me in the back. I've been getting my workouts in, I got 25 workouts in for October and back to 100%
