Siobhan- Oh no! I'm so sorry about your workout neck/back injury and slip down a few stairs yesterday. Please only attempt to workout if you are ok, and take it easy. Maybe a nice warm epsom salt bath followed by aleve and maybe a heating pad. I see you did opt for a yoga workout. Good call, nothing strenuous.
