Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a yoga workout for 50 minutes with Charlie Follows from youtube. In addition to hurting by neck/lower back yesterday doing a pullover with deadbug (uhhh never again), I slipped down a few stairs and banged up my lower back. It's sore today so I could only muster up the energy to do yoga. I feel less stiff now. No more socks on the stairs for me.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. Lots of upper body work.

Siobhan- Oh no! I'm so sorry about your workout neck/back injury and slip down a few stairs yesterday. Please only attempt to workout if you are ok, and take it easy. Maybe a nice warm epsom salt bath followed by aleve and maybe a heating pad. I see you did opt for a yoga workout. Good call, nothing strenuous.
Please take it easy and listen to your body. I'll say a prayer for you. Be well and have a good Tuesday;)

Coffeyfit "Raw"- Total Body Timesaver Sculpt- Shadow Boxing= 19 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Playing w/fire Class # 24= 34 Min

Hi ladies,

Hip still hurts but I took a pain pill from my gallbladder surgery and it helped some. I managed a very controlled Taebo workout, actually 2, 1 was an Express at 11 minutes and the other was a PUSH Taebo that was 17 minutes long. So not too bad for a sore hurting mamma.

Nice workouts all around. Sorry that you are hurting too, Siobhan. Nobody likes to fall, the feeling alone (of falling with no control)is bad enough.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get to the gym.
