I feel pretty confident about the outcome of your election so I don't feel worried. Here, in Canada, I am concerned but have recently witnessed glimpses of hope.

I took a rest day yesterday. I just had such a busy day that I couldn't also squeeze in a workout. That said, today I managed S&S RUUB for 47 minutes (it was a bit less as I modified some moves).

Nice workout today Linda! Not too taxing!

Hello, Ladies! I also rested yesterday as I have contractors at my house and was not able to do anything. Hoping to get something in at lunch today. Will report out later.

Siobhan, I am worried about the election. When we listen to the news and the poll watchers, they all see it differently! And so do the news channels:)

for. :)…..everyone was with me, yay! I just cut tv on…it’ll probably be on til tomorrow AM sometime! :):)
 
Hi ladies,

So happy it is election day also.

Today was a 85 minute gym circuit consisting of flyes and rear delt machine, back machine, shoulder machine, followed by cables for lat pull down and an upper body cable exercise followed by dumbbells for chest (flyes and press 17.5 and 20 pound dumbbells), shoulders (seated clean and press, side laterals 10 pounds both exercises), triceps overhead with 17.5 and kickbacks with 10, biceps hammer with 17.5 and 20's, concentration curls with the same, then sled for cardio, hand over hand strap pull with 4, pushed 5, strap around waist backwards pull for 6, then push 8 and done. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I am beat.

Wow, 85 minutes and all that other stuff you did! You rock!

I will be happy to have all the political ads gone! I've been watching the news since 4. Same about being on in the a.m. hours:)
