This morning I did LIC - the main program minus chest work. This one used to be tough for me. What happened? It was just plain fun. I love the music in it and Cathe is well spirited.
I did a mish mash of weight work off of Muslce Max, and Gym Style (no legs just upper body)then did Jeanette Jenkin's Sexy Abs, Arms and Legs floorwork(which is legs and abs mostly), then a Taebo Express Combo workout for some cardio.
My bloodwork for my cholesterol came back much better so that is always good to hear. Of course the doctor still isn't happy with my triglycerides but they are A LOT better than where they used to be so I AM HAPPY!!
