Hi Annette,

I can't believe I didn't check in yesterday. So weird. I worked out!

Today I did a mix of Cathe's hmmm metabolic blast from her LITE series I think and added on Perfect30 back and biceps. It was a good 50 minute workout. Now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan ,

Today I subbed for the Silver Sneakers class and we did my 52 minute routine. I had 12 members.

Then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical.

I am really sore in my thighs from the sled push yesterday. Oh my!

Nice workout for you.

We had some snow this morning, mostly heavy flurries and a snow shower.

Sorry, I've been MIA but I'm keeping up with my workouts. Finishing November strong with LITE Stacked Sets Upper Body! 275 workouts YTD already broke last year's record of 269 workouts!
