Today's workouts: (Fun day)

Blender: "15 min. Ab Blaster"
YT-go simpli- 20 min. Seated Pilates Ring workout
YT-Redwoods- 20 min. Cardio Drumming with Lindsay
YT-Pound- 5 min Quickie Arm Toning with FitStix

Great job Nora that you were able to add on another 20-min FUN & EFFECTIVE indoor cycling class= 21 Min to your already awesome workout yesterday! WTG!. Gosh, I
haven't been on my bike for quite awhile....I need to get it into my schedule sometime
soon.....

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Jeff Hirsch - 500 rep workout for 36 minutes and added on about 10 minutes of 2.0 biceps.

Nice workout this morning Linda and with variety! We both like our YT workouts. I follow 2 lazy for the gym from time to time to get good ideas about instructors.

Great workouts yesterday everyone! Sorry you didn't get in a workout yesterday Annette. I hope today offers you a great one!

Made German Apple Pancakes with the apples we picked from the local orchard (finally) and time got away from me. I’m on tap to do LIS Low Impact Challenge today. Will see if I can squeeze it in during lunch.

Another nice workout plan today, Nora with YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling - LIVE Indoor Cycling Workout! 45-miin Cycling Class + Encore = 58 Min., Perfect 30 Perfect HiiT: Low Impact HiiT= 32 Min & Ab Hits - Workout #9 = 6 Min Power Hour. Lots of cardio & abs.

Hi ladies,

Today hubby went to work, sigh, not sure how much pain he was in but he hasn't come home.

So I went to the gym and did a 70 minute weight workout including barbell, dumbbells, back machine and the sled...... ... ... . ..hold onto your dumbbells (sorry no video it will come on Thursday) ....... I pushed 665!!!! Then I did floorwork for legs , abs and glutes and a stretch.

Then like the glutton I am I came home and put in the new to me Dana Pieper's Everybody Fitness Kickbox Challenge, though I will admit I have stopped it after 45 minutes (it is an hour long) because I am beat!!

So I got it all in today.

Nice workouts all around ladies.

Well done!

I am under the weather today so I took a nap instead of working out. There is some sort of icky bug going around, so I’m heading it off at the pass.

Back tomorrow.
 
Oh, Anita, sorry you aren’t feeling good, get lots of rest & tomorrow is another day!

Drum roll please!!!! Congrats Annette on your new record with the sled of 665! And
after 70 min there, you came home & did 45 min more of kickboxing. Wow!
