Today I did LIS - CS - 43 minutes I think. I will do my own stretch now.

Deanna - are you buying Cathe DVDs? If so, I might be willing to part with some dvds I no longer use. Is there anything in particular that you want? Maybe you have everything

CeciFifi: Thanks so much for the offer! I literally just ordered the last 3 DVD's & once they get here, I'll have the complete collection (minus cycle workouts which I wouldn't ever use). I wish I had started with the forum sooner. Very generous offer from you!

Hi ladies,

Today was a very long gym circuit interrupted by me talking too much.

So it was 100 minutes of weight machines 3 of them, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders, sled my usual up to 12 plates, then floorwork for abs, and glutes with some light dumbbell work for abs, and triceps and back, short stretch.

Nice workout Siobhan.

Sorry or my very late check in. I did not get my workout in today. Upon arriving home I looked at the clock it was 5:45 PM too late to start working out so bagged that idea. Oh well, tomorrow's a new day we'll see fingers crossed I can get in a workout. Yay, Cathe say's the new dvd's have arrived and will begin shipping tomorrow. Are you ladies ordering them? They look good, they're Cathe so I'm sure they are.

Annette- WOW!!! That was a killer a very long 100 Minute gym circuit workout, Bravo!!! Utilizing 3 machines, dumbbells, Sled work (12 Plates OMG!), focusing on Chest, Bi's , Tri's , and shoulders. Then finishing up with floor workout targeting abs and glutes and finishing with a very well deserved stretch. That was a take no prisoners workout, you are amazing!!:)
