Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's Live Upper Body Blast (about 35 minutes) and added on 20 minutes of Tapout XT - push-ups and upper body work with a band. I will stretch now.

Big workout for you yesterday. Let me know how you feel - maybe even tomorrow! Good luck at the dentist :(

BTW - I scrolled back to 2006 to see this check-in - wow. Annette, there used to be sooooooooooo many people checking in here. I guess there's just more places to go now to check-in for workouts e.g. instagram maybe

So with hubby off this week, it turned into a rest day but I did walk over 3000 steps going from store to store looking for blouses. And of course one if the stores left the security tag on, sigh. Hubby is trying to figure out how to safely remove it.

Nice workout Siobhan. And yes, gone are the days of our multiple people checking in with us. We are the diehards.
