Hi ladies,

Slept in so I worked out at home. I did an Elite Bootcamp Taebo workout off of You Tube that was 43 minutes. Lots of weights in this workout.

Then I did a Kickboxing for Weight Loss with Jessica Smith and Guillermo Gomez that was 15 minutes.
