Blender- "Total Body # 1" - 26 min.
Hydrow Journeys- 5 min. of rowing on Indian Creek, Miami Beach, Florida

Hi ladies,

Today I made it to the gym and had completed my weight work (3 machines, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders) was getting up from the bench and the right side of my back started hurting. No amount of stretching was making it feel any better, so I skipped the sled, went and did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes and then did the elliptical for 10 minutes for a bit of cardio. So all in all it was an 85 minute gym circuit just had the cardio at the end instead of the middle with lots of stretching throughout.

Annette- Bravo on your 85 Minute gym circuit, WOW!!! Always so awsome and inspiring. Do whatever yoyu need to to looseb up sore muscles be it stretching or a hot shower or warm bath, or whatever works for you. Bravo and WTG!!

KCM 30MTF- Lean Body Circuits- Lean Body legs = 17 Min
KCM 30MTF- Strong & Lean -Workout #2 Kickboxing (Lean) = 33 Min
