Today's workouts:

Hydrow Circuit Training # 112- 10 min. Rowing & Weights AMRAP
Blender- "Simply Shoulders" - 20 min.
Blender- "Tone it with Tubing & Bands" - 25 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 Lower Body 1 - 37 minutes out of 52 minutes. I moved onto Shock Cardio 40/20 (forgot how challenging that one is) and did 20 minutes as I blew off the warm-up and the cool down. I did stretching in between 2.0 and will start another short stretch after this.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. I just can't get into tubing and bands. I do them here and there they are not my favourite. That said, they crack a sweat.

Annette - I hope all went well at the dentist. And Facts! Most of my workouts are enjoyable.

Report from dentist: At least there are no cavities that need attention at this time, YAY! If I want implant supported fixed dentures top only will cost me in upwards of $20,000!!! He does not recommend crowns because all of my trouble areas are where a crown would meet the real tooth so I would end up with cavities under the crown.

Today I came to the gym after getting my blood drawn and did an 80 minute weight workout including barbell chest press, back machine, dumbbells for chest flyes and press, triceps, biceps and shoulders. Then I pulled 6 plates, pushed 7, pulled 8, and pushed 650 pounds!!! That is my highest thus far. I was shaking at the end but getting it started wasn't nearly as hard. Then I finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I am beat!!

That’s a hunk of change Annette…..at my age, I would have to say no thanks! I couldn’t
afford that! But yay on no cavities! Great job on your 80 min. Gym weight workout!
 
Is this where all the fitness nerds — er, cool kids — write in with what workout they did for the day? Because I did Pyramid Lower Body today ;P :D
 
yup, you can write in here any ole time! :):). That Lower Body Pyramid is a good one,
as well as Upper Body. I saw your other posts on your experience with them! :)
One of them, either Upper or Lower, has a stability ball stretch which I love as well
as the ball stretch from Total Body Giants Sets (Strong & Sweaty).
