90 minute gym circuit consisting of 3 machines, various dumbbells exercises for chest(up to 25 pounds), biceps (20,25, 10's and 12.5's), triceps and shoulders. Then 1 cable exercise done slightly different for shoulder lat pull downs, then sled usual but up to 12 plates, then floorwork for abs, and glutes. Short stretch.
