Today was Cathe Live Mishmosh Legs...OMG...toasty buns!!

So today was Cathe's CTX 10-10-10 warm up, kickboxing and hi/lo, and strech, then I drove ds to college and came home and did KCM BOXING Combo premix.

Rainy day today.

Hi ladies, still a warm fall here.. I haven't put on my heavy jackets yet. Today it was Cathe's lean legs and abs. Not so intense as her workouts normally are but just right for how I felt today.. Neverhteless working the outer thighs with the band is really tough... Enjoy the rest of the day...

Today I did a quick 30 minute Suzanne Bowen Fitness lower body workout (circuit) + a 10 minute Pop Pilates workout.

Great workouts everyone.

Sandy, I am jealous of your dedication to learning Lowmax. I just haven't done it despite owning it for 4+ years.
