Today was Tabatasize on the rebounder, segments 1-3, stretch and then Ab Circuits stability Ball segment. No time for the walking lunges. I like this rotation, but some days the workouts are just too long for me to get done before work.
I did heavy free weights for shoulders, bis and tris then fid Taebo Express abs then on Fit tv I did Dance Jam for a completely different cardio. Oh and for the record I NOT a dancer, LOL!!!
