Hi ladies,

Well, got the car in the afternoon ( muffler $$), and then went to get a fridge. Got a nice deal at Home Depot, they are having a Black Friday sale already..Getting it on Saturday.
Car will have to wait a bit longer..
Living out of a cooler now....

Today was X10 Low Impact, Hi-Lo Cardio, Cardio Blast and stretch. Planked for a minute or so just to get the core going...

I did free weights for 22 min. for bis, tris, and shoulders then did some abs, and ended with the Combo Premix off of Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme for cardio.
