I feel for you Aqua girl, I lost my sil 2 years ago and my brother is now raising their 2 kids alone. It is hard.

Today I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gomez which is 53 minutes long.

Wow Annette, was that two years ago? that's so tough when kids lose a parent. Heartbreaking.

Today I managed to do a couple of workout blender workouts for legs. It was good! Have a great day everyone. the son is shining.

Hugs Linda!!!! For you and your family. I know how much it hurts. Ugly business. Hang in there and know that we're all here for you. You all lifted me up when my Dad passed away, now it's my turn. I'll continue my prayers. Today I did Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Bootcamp 2 again. I'm trying to decide if I like it. I think I'm going to return it. Feels funny on my back.
 
Yes, Ceci it was 2 years back in February, hard to believe. But the kids are doing well and my brother is making the best of things considering the circumstance.

I must be stark craving mad, I actually spent about 45 minutes CLEANING WINDOWS!![emoji44] Popped some of them out and did both sides, I must be mad, MAD I say. I cleaned 15 windows, that leaves only 5 left and they are in the unfinished part of the house.

Now the question remains will my hubby even notice!!!?

Now my arm hurts again...sigh.

Hey girls. Annette, I am very sorry about your sister in law as well, it is hard, but glad they are getting along....
And also, if you get on the window cleaning kick again, let me know :) , I have a lot that desperately need cleaning,
As much as I clean, Windows ain't one of the things I get into, LOL....I know Coco probably thinks he needs glasses, Really strong ones!!!! My SIL is holding on, I didn't get to Go today, but talked with my sister a little
While ago, she doesn't work, so she spent the afternoon out there again today. I did do a short FitTower workout
This evening, nothing too strenuous, everyone have a blessed night.

Today I did a TaeBo I found. Push Through Upper Body. Loved it! Added on heavy good mornings.
