Blender- STS 1.0 - Lower Body # 2 - 25 min.
IFit- "Tre Cime Nature Park, Part 1, Italy Treadmill walk- 19 min.
YT- Fitness w/Cindy- 10 min. Full Body Med Ball workout
YT- Fitness Type- 10 min. Kettlebell Abs Workout

Hi Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's Perfect30 for legs - whoa. That's tough and she uses very heavy weights. It was 30 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of MPL. Now, to stretch.

Linda - Nice workout this morning. did you catch Cathe's muscles? Is that from STS 2.0? Wow! It's so interesting to watch Cathe's body change in so many different ways over the years, according to her workouts. I can't wait for these new ones.

Siobhan, I like the Perfect 30 Lower Body workout too. Great job!

Yeah, she looks great, doesn't she? Yes, I think it is from STS 2.....I think the dvds are soon
in transit or already.....and they are planning on having them in the OnDemand/blender around 5/23 or so. Can't wait to start blending !!!

You know, you all were talking about "naming" workouts recently.....& as you know, everytime you blend a workout, you have to give it a "name"..... so I can relate.....with 1122 (yes, 1122)
blender workouts in my library, and having to "name" each of them, that's been quite an
accomplishment for me :).....I think there has only been 1 time that I tried to name a workout as a duplicate of one I had already done.....if that happens, it won't let you save it, until you
name it something that you haven't already used..... of course, I have alot of #2's, #3's, etc.

Siobhan- Amazing workout today. Oh I agree Perfect30 Pump Legs is a tough one, but a keeper. Nicely done on the following workouts:

Perfect30 for legs= 30 min. That's tough and she uses very heavy weights,and added on 15 minutes of MPL, stretch. Sounds like a great challenging workout balanced out with MPL and stretch, good stuff:) high fives!

Hi ladies,

Today I pushed my limits, i did a 30 minute FITT TECH Kickboxing (taebo ) off YouTube before going to the gym. The instructor is Mike Armstrong and he trained under Billy Blanks so it is his version of Taebo. It was very nice cardio and I worked up a good sweat.

Then round 2 I came to the gym and did 75 minute weight workout using the barbell, dumbbells, medicine ball, and sled. Broke my record on the sled and pushed 628 pounds, Whoohoo!!!

Then round 3 was a quick 22 minutes on the elliptical to finish things up. If I do floorwork it will be at home. I. Am. Beat!!

Nice workouts all around ladies!! Keep up the great work!!

Annette, you had a three part-er today. a 30 minute FITT TECH Kickboxing, gym with
75 minute weight workout & 22 minutes on the elliptical. WOW!
