Hi gals,

Today I had PT at 1, then came home and did Sydney Cummings 50 Minute Kickboxing and Core workout. I sweated.

At the PT place I did 10 minutes of reverse arm cycling as part of the therapy.

It is hot today, I did lat out for 70 minutes before therapy.
