Hi Everyone,

Today I did Milhoy - low impact total body cardio + 10 minutes of SSOD pilates + my own stretch.

Not much on the go today. I return to work tomorrow so will have to see how that schedule goes. I am just trying to be thankful today and not focus on the negative.

Today was Yvette Cardio Mixup a walk and yoga/stretch.

Annette are hair salons open in PA yet? I am getting tired of my grays and may head into PA to get done if we don’t open up soon. It only takes me about 50 minutes to get to Easton.

Hi ladies,

Lisa, some northern counties in PA are on Yellow now but I don't know if that means salons are open. My hairdresser is in MD and there is no light at the end of the tunnel yet for Maryland. I have been whacking at my hair but I have lived with my gray since it started at 19 so color isn't an issue. So glad I got my perm right before all this started.

Today I went through my Tribal Circuit changing the last cardio song a bit and I like it better now. This was 45 minutes.

Then I tried so Figure 8 moves from someone's workout on YouTube, the arms killed me because they are up most of the time and I only did 12 minutes.

Then I did a Taebo Advance Extreme workout on YouTube which was 29 minutes and used weights.

Then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Think I am finished now. See you tomorrow.
