Good Morning Everyone,

Today I just did Tabatacize - all 5 tabatas but only 2/5 step recovery segments. I am just not a big stepper. Never was. I am sweating. Does Cathe have another workout similar to Tabatacize? It's so simple yet so good.

Nice to see us all checking in yesterday and getting in some workouts.

Linda - I have not tried the ab workouts yet from 2.0 but am trying out the others slowly. My legs are screaming today from yesterday's 2.0 Lower body #1.

Good morning all,

great workout Siobhan with Tabatacise this AM. I think that one is one of Nora’s favorites.

so, I kept it short, but I did do an IFIT 15 min. Quick HIIT Elliptical workout followed by a
short Shoulders workout from STS 2.0, about 15 min. also. Felt good to move, if only for a shorter time.

Hi ladies,

I had to go to the doctor due to abdominal pain. Plus I had to then get a CT scan to see if I have diverticulitis. Sigh. So no exercise for me. Nice workouts ladies.

I'm not that big on stepping these days as my balance can be off.;)

Annette- Sorry to hear about your abdominal pain. I hope your CT scan was normal, hopefully after all that the pain has subsided. Feel better A.S.A.P!

My goodness Annette, that’s kind of what sent me to the ER Saturday Morning. No tests done, but I am not sure what’s going on. Hope we both feel better.

Well, I have diverticulitis gotta start an antibiotic and a clear liquid diet for 24 hours then soft food after that. If it doesn't clear up then the doctor will want a gall bladder surgery done. So guessing no exercise until I feel better. Prayers appreciated.

Oh! I had to revise my workout as far as the Indoor Cycling workout goes. I was shor t on time and had to switch it to : YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Do this if you need a BOOST!= 35 Min.

Hi Annette- Oh Noyou did have that. Let's hope that the dietary change will help it to go away. I will keep both you and Linda in my prayers. Feel better! ;)
