Today's workouts: (A Virtual Fitness day in the Bahamas!)

IFit - "Coral Beach Treadmill walk with Lower Body Sculpting on the beach, Freeport,
Grand Bahamas" - 32 min.
Hydrow mish-mosh( all filmed in Exuma, Bahamas)
1 min. Rowing warmup
10 min. Upper Body Strength with Bands
5 min. "Beauty in Water" Rowing Cooldown
5 min. Post Row Stretch
5 min. "Peaceful Restore" Yoga practice Total of Hydrow: 26 min.

I guess "I'll hit the beach" for the rest of the day !!! LOL!

Hi ladies,

Today was a 95 minute circuit at the gym consisting of the back machine, dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders, sled for cardio and weights up to 12 plates, 3 leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I am beat.

Gotta run and start thinking about packing for vacation.

Annette- Great job on your 95 Min gym circuit workout focusing on chest, back, biceps, and triceps. Utilizing back machines, dumbbells, sled w/12 plates (WTG!! Awesome).
Plus used 3 leg machines, finishing with floorwork for abs, legs, and glutes. Amazing workout and as always inspirational.
What fun, packing for a vacation. Sounds fun, maybe the packing can be a pain, but the vacation part sounds fun its been decades for me. Have a blessed day and happy packing
