Annette- Great job on your 95 Min gym circuit workout focusing on chest, back, biceps, and triceps. Utilizing back machines, dumbbells, sled w/12 plates (WTG!! Awesome).
Plus used 3 leg machines, finishing with floorwork for abs, legs, and glutes. Amazing workout and as always inspirational.
