Nicki, what a nice idea to get a play mate for Macy! Yes, house training can be hard........Jack wasn't house
trained either when I adopted him, and it took quite awhile, especially since he was already 10 yrs old, but
eventually he got it.....

Nora, great Monday workout with KCM 30MTF- Cardio Pump- Workout #2 Weights Pyramid Style = 33 Min
KCM 30MTF - Strong & Lean- Kickboxing (Lean)= 33 Min
Cycle Power - Timesaver #2 = 26 Min Way to get it done!

Today's workouts for me:

Stephanie Huckabee- WW "Belly, Butt & Thighs" Stability Ball Workout #1- 21 min.
Blender- " LMR- Functional Mobility & Low Impact Cardio Bonus- 19 min.
Blender add-on: "New Core Finisher" - 8 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was roughly an 85 minute workout. Gym circuit consisting of incline bench press with 15, 17.5, and 20 pound dumbbells done pyramid style for press and flyes. Same weights for hammer curls and holding fat end of dumbbell for overhead triceps .

Leg Extension and leg curl machines for lower body.

Then 3 cable exercises for upper body, lat pulldowns, high rope pull, and bar work (don't have a name for it).

Then sled going back to my usual but with less plates. Started with 4 backwards strap pull, add 1 push back, add 1 strap pull backwards again, add 1 push back done, unload.

Talk for 30 minutes, then do 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Finished now.
