Nice consistency with your workouts.
Today I decided to change things up, so I came to the gym and did weights for 40 minutes, new machine for back, biceps and triceps, cables for all of upper body, dumbbells for chest, triceps and biceps. Floorwork for abs and legs.
Also did the elliptical for 40 minutes.
So I did weights first and on a day that I don't normally do them. So we shall see....
I am getting my perm this Friday instead of the 2nd Friday in June. My hair just isn't manageable and we will be traveling for my niece's graduation so I want it to be manageable and look good.
