Hi Annette,

Today I did another Primal Movements workout - 55 minutes. I am really liking this guy but I've always enjoyed bodyweight workouts.

Big workout yesterday. Wow.

Nice longer workout for you.

Today I did 75 minutes of weight work including machines, dumbbells , the sled (made 10, 45 pound plates, goal accomplished), and floorwork . My legs are jelly.
