How fun is that treadmill walk in Hawaii, gotta love those passport workouts.

Hi ladies,

Today I went to the gym for the first time in over a week. I did a 40 minutes weight workout doing at least 2 exercises for each body part(upper body) using dumbbells and then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Came home and did 20 minutes of the Technology FITT Cardio Kickboxing routine, it was 30 minutes but I cut it short. So I got some cardio and weights in Yay Me!!!

No, I'm not going away.....I am dealing with eye problems( possibly serious) and to be honest, just don't feel like working out, or posting.......nothing against you girls at all, just very much "down in the dumps" and just want to "zone out". Keep up the great workouts!
