Today's workouts:

Blender- "Core & Flow" -23 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body Weights AMRAP

Hi ladies,

I must be stuck in a rut, today's workout was an 83 minute circuit at the gym. What's with 83 minutes? So anyway, I did upper body machine for back , dumbbells for chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders. The sled for cardio pushing and pulling 3 and 4 plates, then machines for legs, row with a twist and floorwork (pilates glute routine) and my own ab routine finished with a stretch.

The dentist texted me and they asked if I could come in 20 minutes earlier tomorrow.

it seems and a good long workout session doing everything!!! Great workout!
