Ready or not !
Last night I only got about 4 1/2 hours sleep. The night before was maybe 2 hours, so I am seriously lacking......
Hope I don't nod off during squats !
I know how it feels when one doesn't have enough sleep I had insomnia for the longest time but with meditations and a bedtime ritual helped. Granted I didn't sleep much at all either but it was my own fault as I was thinking of the model home & lot we want hubby and I looked at yesterday and a list running through my head as what we need to do to get this house ready to put on the market PRONTO!
Of course kids are not happy at all about this.
I hope you can get through your workout well without nodding off on those low ends lol
Back to report that I completed my workout for today albeit quite late for my regular time.
We have to get our house on the market before we can sign for the other one to get built, but we are hoping by the end of the year to be moved closer to my hubby's job. As it is he drives 1 1/2 hours one way and its just tiring him out.
So in the next few weeks/months I will be getting us ready for a big transition - one I hope the kids will finally acclimate to but since my husband is the bread winner here we need to just get closer to his job.
