Hi ladies,
Today was a gym circuit consisting of 3 upper body machines, dumbbells starting at 20's for chest press, then 25's, same weights for hammer curls, 10 pounds for bicep curl and reverse down, also same weights for tricep kickbacks, overhead for triceps same weights, 10's for seated clean and press, wrist curls same, then the sled up to 13 plates and that was a bear, made me wonder how I ever did 14 +. Then ended with floorwork for abs and glutes and a stretch.
I am finished.
