As for not teaching, I have more freedom to do what I want. I can go to the gym whenever I please, no set schedule. I am trying to get more done around the house.
Today I did 2 kickboxing workouts off of the FitOn app which equaled a whole whopping 27 minutes of cardio. Before this I laid in the sun for 2 hours. After the cardio I went to the gym late and did 45 minutes of weight work including cables, dumbbells, machine for back and the sled.
So not too shabby for a day when I didn't do anything in the order I had set out to.
