Good Morning Everyone,

Congratulations Wendy. We knew something was up as we hadn't seen you post.

Last evening: Very short workout as I didn't get home until very late.
CTX Kickbox-warm-up cardio and blasts segment of Step Blast.

This evening: once again, a very long day at work but I am hoping to get in back and biceps.

Good Morning Fit Women and Mommy Wendy,

Yesterday was KPC followed by Super Sets (lower body only) and Lawn Max. Feeling every bit of DOMS in Glute and Inner Thigh area.

Today will be PUB and Core Max #1. I got to get my left arm to catch up with my right, it is still much weaker, but burns more.

Happy Bithday Joey, son of Wendy!!!!

Isn't it so exciting when a friend has a baby? I feel like we know Wendy so well, I just wish we could get together and bring her dinner. Like we do for our non cyber friends.

OK change of plans this week for me. I strated out doing one body part per day, but after my run yesterday I went ahead and did all of PH except squat section. I'll probably repeat this once more this week and go with my 2 scheduled runs and 2 Imax's. (30" versions) I'll still need to do two sessions of core max somewhere too.

Hi all you exercising ladies,

Had a very nice 4K run today. It was cold but I managed to get back indoors before it started raining again. Still building up to a 5K as an addition to my other three runs per week. Followed by PS-UB.

Today was CTX Kickbox & Arm Drills, SH Bi/Tri, Abs, & C/D. I have had the SH for about a month and used it for the first time yesterday & today. I have incorporated it into my rotation. I am lovin' it!}(

Congrats again Wendy, I am soo happy for you! :)

I did SS Upper Body Push Premix this morning and I really enjoyed it. First time I have done this premix.
Does anyone has problems with the bicep curls on the stability ball? My chest always feel so uncomfortable x( that I did them like Cedie today.

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day!

Good Morning Ladies,

I am back, my youngest son graduated from college, I feel very happy, I don't pay those expenses anymore.
I had three days of bad eating in Boston, I even had fried chicken for lunch at the Airport there was no much to choose and I was very hungry.

Back to healthy eating and exercising.
This morning, I did Chest, back and abs.

I have that problem with Super Sets too on ocassion. The first time I ever did it, I was fine and then the next time I just couldn't get situated. Maybe have your back feet against something so you don't move.

Morning Everyone,

Tonight will be GS Chest & Triceps and some type of kickbox. Haven't decided on the one I want to attempt yet, will see when I get home.

Our friends are picking up there bird tonight. I have found that I don't care for birds as pets. Too much tweeting for me. :)

Going to pick up four more shrubs after work. Didn't quite have enough. }( Front yard looks very pretty.

Again Congrats to Wendy, her DH, and Joey!

Meanwhile, the torture for this morning was GS legs, and MIS abs. I can almost hear the DOMs coming!

Last night I followed the May rotation and did Back.

Today the schedule calls for Chest and Segment one of Core Max. I will have to do my workout this evening. Have to get in a shower this morning and go to my oldest DS's award ceremony at school right after lunch. My DS will receive an award. I am so proud!

Hi all,

I hope you don't mind if I join in the fun. I need some accountability and this thread may help me out! A little background on me - I am 29 and am going into my senior year in the Occupational Therapy program at UW-Milwaukee. I really would like to start out the fall semester in much better health and fitness - and let's face it...I want to look hot! ;) I've got a long way to go to catch up to you ladies!

Wendy - congrats on little Joey!!! I'm hoping to get myself in good shape and maybe hubby and I will start trying this fall. When it happens, I hope I can "be like you"!!! I'm sure your fitness greatly helped your labor! Congrats again!

Today I did Rhythmic Step - FitTV version which I know has some cuts out of it - especially since she mentions "all those squats we did" during the cool down...and I sure don't remember any. But either way, it was a great workout - some very complicated footwork there, but I'm sure I'll get it with time. I am heading to the garden store and then do some gardenMax and then this afternoon Study Max because I'm in the midst of finals.

I am playing with the idea of adding in Cardio and Weights this afternoon and then having tomorrow be full body toning. Think that's too much toning when starting out? I'll see what the old bod says.

Anyhow - I'm glad to be joining you! I hope to get to know you all better!

Good morning!

It was High Step Circuit for me this morning. I really like that workout, especially on a day when I've had a terrible sleep the night before and don't want something overly strenuous. DH and I put a downpayment on a house last night (it's being built), and I spent the entire night tossing and turning and worrying about how we're going to afford everything, yada yada yada....

Jes - You're so funny! "Oops, I did IMAX2 by mistake" LOL! Yeah I can still jump around a little bit. Do you ever do KPC?

Connie - I'm so glad to see you here! Thank you for the lovely comments; you're making me blush :+ Cathe's workouts are great for pregnancy, if you're willing to modify as your body changes. If you do get pregnant and want to keep working out, the Fit Moms forum on this site is a great place to go for support and advice.

Dutchie - I can't believe your leg workout y-day! That's amazing! I have all those yogazone videos you're talking about. I like them a lot, too. My favourite of the shorter videos is the Power Yoga; did you order that? The second workout on that dvd does wonderful things for your back.

Foodie Sue - I agree with you about Step Fit! And high five on nailing Rhythmic Step! That's a tricky one! The road trip is going to be a hoot. Have a great time!

Shelley - running while DD bikes sounds like fun!

Carla - I love SH, too! It's fantastically effective.

Kristine - I've always felt a bit uncomfortable doing those biceps curls. I find it harder to breathe with my stomach pressing on the ball. Now that I'm pregnant I do Cedie's modification, and find that I can go heavier when I'm standing.

IMO, CW today and full body toning tomorrow won't be too much if you stay on the lighter side the CW weight work today.

Kristine-SS bicep curls on the ball use to bother me. I agree with Charlottes adviice.

Well I am still feeling not well. Not horribly sick just achy tired and a bit of a sore throat. I tried twice to get in workouts yesterday. I only was on treadmill 20 minutes and had to get off. Later I did 20 mins of standing leg work and had to quit again. FRUSTRATING! So today I will attempt core work first and see how that goes. I really want to do legs and glutes today as well and some cardio. I don't want to push it though.
