Blender- STS 1.0-Upper Body #2 - 25 min.
KCM-30MTF- Body Design- "Stronger/Leaner Lower Body workout & extra stretch- 18 min.
YT- Rhonda Fitz-Body Bar Full Body workout- 14 min.

Hi ladies,

I am still not quite up to par, sigh. Kidney doctor was happy with my numbers and thinks maybe I strained something pushing the sled. I am extremely bloated and eating or drinking just compounds the feeling of bloat. My neck and arms don't hurt as bad today. Legs/hips still hurt a little. Couldn't sleep in like I wanted to this morning.

I did manage to do 2 Taebo Express workouts one was the kick one and the other was one of his daughter Shellie's routines. So 24 minutes of cardio. Need to try do abs.

Thanks Nora, I managed 12 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Trying to push out the bloat,LOL!
 
Hi Annette, hope you feel better soon….. I haven’t been feeling ”up to par” myself for awhile. :(. Maybe we’ll both be feeling better soon! :). Great job with 2 Taebo Express workouts. & added on some floorwork.

Nora, great job with your spinning & jump rope, with stretching before & after.

Hi Ladies,

I had to let you know I was not able to workout today, I got way too hot and fatigued it was effecting my balance and coordination due MS not palying well with 90 degree weather. Because of the unstablity and fatigue I had to skip today's workout, sorry ladies.

Hopefully tomorrow will go better;)
