Hi Everyone,

Today I did another Sydney Cummings workout. And yes, Henriette - she has a lot of supersets workuts. You can go as heavy as you want. I tend to go heavier than her. My youngest DD is loving her stuff + she is already seeing results!

I just think she is fun and has a ton of variety which I love.

Annette - wow. big classes. you are doing so well. good for you!

Hi gals,

I tried 2 different Sydney Cummings you tube workouts, both kickboxing one was kickboxing then floor abs alternating, I stopped it after 32 minutes just wasn't feeling it. Then I tried a 30 minute kickbox workout again stopped it after 11 minutes wasn't feeling it either. Very basic moves for me wasn't really cardio enough. Oh well I did something.

Hi all!

Perhaps I will have to try some Sydney Cummings soon. I looked at a couple on YouTube and I can't say they got me all that excited, but maybe I should just give one or two a try.

Today I got my 10.000 steps in and then decided to try one of the new KCM B&B DVDs that had arrived today. I went for the first Cardio & Core. It was okay... not great and not sure how much I will be bothered returning to it. The set up was simple 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Each move repeated once. The moves were nothing special... so all in all nothing special, not even the number of calories burnt. [emoji30]
